This operational launch has been implemented in close coordination with the Tobruk Free Zone Administration and all sovereign and regulatory authorities operating within the Free Zone, ensuring full compliance and smooth service delivery.

Marine and Logistics Services

In addition to shipping operations, ELMT is providing marine support services, including vessel bunkering through the tanker “Emaar 1”, serving both vessels calling at the Port of the Tobruk Free Zone and transiting ships.

Through this initiative, Emaar Libya aims to revitalize import and export activities, deliver integrated logistics solutions, and support maritime trade across Libya, the Tobruk Free Zone, and neighboring regions. The plan also includes activating the Emsaad Dry Port to ensure seamless supply chain continuity, reduce operational time and costs for business operators, and provide fast, efficient, and cost-effective logistics services.

This step represents a significant contribution to the development of port operations, maritime transport, and logistics infrastructure in eastern Libya.
