The Tobruk Free Zone (TFZ) was officially established in 2007 pursuant to General People’s Committee Resolution No. (875). In addition, a decision was issued to establish a Free Zone within the Tobruk Commercial Port in accordance with Council of Ministers Resolution No. (179) of 2024.
